On 29th April, 2023, the Everest Bank organized, staff retreat program at Landmark Forest Hotel, Chitwan, in which The Borderlands Leadership School conducted Team Building Program. More than 150 staff from 7 provinces was gathered in one place for the program. The aim of the program was to introduce and encourage interaction between the staffs from different branches.
The borderlands team facilitated different activities such as, which helped to demonstrate the values and benefits of teamwork, building trust between each other, improve the communication and coordination between the team. In between the program the participants were engaged in mind – wellness activity, this gave peaceful mind to the participants. At the end of the program, Mr. Sudesh Khaling, CEO of Everest Bank gave a closing remark. He encouraged the staffs to do a work in a team for the growth of the bank as well as all the staffs working there and the clients rely on them.
The program was conducted successfully. The participants were actively participated in all given activities. The Borderlands team hopes, the team building activities will help them work as one team Everest Bank and get success in the future.
