The Commercial Vehicle Team of Sipradi Trading successfully organized its Annual Meet from April 6th to 8th, 2025, at the scenic Pokhara Grande Hotel. As part of the three-day event, a Team Building Program was conducted on the final day by The Borderlands Leadership School for 100 staff members.
The primary goal of this session was to strengthen communication among team members and foster a unified spirit of collaboration within the workplace. The program was designed to encourage participants to break barriers, build mutual trust, and understand the importance of functioning as One Team.
The session began with an engaging tone-setting activity, led by expert facilitators from The Borderlands. This opening exercise helped participants step out of their formal roles, become more open and receptive, and set the stage for deeper interaction.
Following the tone setting activities, the participants were divided into smaller groups and immersed in a series of carefully curated teamwork activities. These experiential exercises were aimed at achieving the following objectives:
- Enhancing communication and coordination among team members.
- Demonstrating the value of teamwork in achieving common goals.
- Building trust and fostering mutual respect among colleagues.
- Encouraging team members to appreciate each other’s strengths and abilities while working together on various tasks.
The day concluded on a high note, with participants expressing enthusiasm and appreciation for the activities that brought them closer as a team. The Borderlands Leadership School’s dynamic and thoughtful facilitation was instrumental in creating a space for genuine connection, reflection, and team spirit.
