The Borderlands PDP conducted two days Leadership Development Program for Lead International on 25th to 26th July, 2019 at Borderlands Eco Adventure Resort. Altogether, 19 political youth leaders from different political parties, student unions and youth professionals participated in the program.

Participation of the team throughout the entire program was observed to be filled with excitement and enthusiasm. Different objective based outdoor activities including rafting in Bhote Koshi River with the theme “Keep It Real” were applied during the program. Their active participation created a perfect environment in enhancing team balance, improving communication, leadership, trust, planning, strategy, coordination and teamwork.

In spite of the rainy conditions the entire program concluded without a hitch. Participants found the delivery filled with learning and fun that exceeded their expectations.
