Orientation and Leadership Development Program
On 2nd and 3rd Sep, 2022, the Borderlands Leadership School conducted 1 night 2 days Leadership Development Program for +2 students of Galaxy Public School at Borderlands Eco – Adventure Resort. The objectives of this program were focused on welcoming and to give the orientation for the +2 Students, getting to know each other and to develop leadership skills. Thus, leadership development activities was designed to meet their objective where +2 students get fun, explore and collaboration.
The program was began with safety briefing, introduction, ice breaking activities for breaking the silence between students, and tone setting, which was followed by various activities focused on communication, leadership, and building confidence.
The required gears and tools were given to participants to solve the problems. Throughout the program, participants gain greater insights to the new ideas and approaches. The conducted activities build their communication skills, learning ability, resource management and working and leading in a team.
The program was concluded with debriefing, sharing learning experience, certificate distribution, banner signature and taken the group photo.
