Borderlands Leadership School offered a customized Professional Development Program for members of “The Delegation of The European Union to Nepal” in order to explore the learning opportunities dated on 19^th May to 21^st May, 2022 to meet their unique professional development need at Borderlands Eco Adventure Resort.

Course Director, Mr. Megh Ale and the certified instructors with real-world experience in the program provided the team with quality instruction to help them increase their professional knowledge and nurture their dynamism through enrollment in fun packed PDP courses and white water rafting based on theme “Keep It Real”.

Each activity was provided with the gears and tools they need to solve the real problems, implement and increase the impact of what they learn, and align their whole team. 

Focusing on essential leadership skills, brain tickling and entertaining courses were designed for team to learn together. Throughout the program, participants gain greater insights to the new ideas and approaches.

A Professional Development Certificate was awarded to the participants upon the completion of the program.
