Borderlands PDP organized Motivational program for 60 participants from Sipradi Trading on 12th July 2019 at Hyatt Regency.
Motivational program was conducted with the theme “Champions forever, whatever it takes” The major contents were; Retention, Continuous Improvements, Immediate Change Acceptance, Positivity, Professionalism, Creative Thinking/ Innovation and Ownership to enable all members of the team to achieve their potential, sharing the knowledge and learn from each other.
During the session participants tackled the activity based on striking the right balance with the view to enhance cooperation and coordination among the team. The entire session was highly appreciated by the participants and concluded that their expectations were aptly met.
